The day in life of Amar was a great film and his life was different from mine. There was a quote in the story that means many things and it's called, "All great achievements require time." To me, this means that if you have dreams they will take time out our life to do accomplish it. Also, that in my own words, it means that the achievements you want always wanted to achieve will take always take time if you want to do it. Amar's life reflects this quote by even though he lives in a small house, he is a hard worker to have money to help his family. Also, that Amar wants to have big dreams he wants to accomplish. Like, he wants to learn English. Some people don't live by this quote. By some ways they can is to not to be narcissist about themselves. Also, be generous and respectful. In addition, to be opened-minded to other's idea. This relates to my life in many ways. One way is that I have big dreams about myself. I always wanted to work in the medical field. This relates to time because I know that it takes a long time to get like your PhD and stuff, but I can deal with it. Also, dreams I have, is to go to a very good college and I know that will take a long time to do like saving up enough money and getting good grades. The day in life Amar is a great film/story that tells a different life from the one we have.
I am from the computer in my house from my Dallas Cowboys hat and the TV in my living room.
I am from the the light blue house that feels as home-y as you want. I am from the yellow roses in front of my houses. The apple tree near my house whose long gone limbs I remember as if they were own. I'm from the Chinese New Year tradition and the thankful family from my mom and dad. I'm from the people that say please and thank you and from respect. I'm form responsibility and being respectful and to be different. I'm from the tradition of watching every Dallas Cowboys game. I'm from Texas and I'm Asian and the foods of pho and spring rolls. From the death of my grandma having not heard her voice with only pictures of her on the walls of my house. I'm from a die-hard Dallas Cowboys family. Do you believe in the presents of ghosts? I do. I started believe in them when I was startled by one in my old house. This is my scary story. It was the middle of the night around 3 am(or other people know it as GHOST HOUR), I just somewhat woke up. I had the urge to use the restroom. So when I went to bathroom, it was pitch black but I knew where I was going. I saw the light was on in the bathroom. I thought it was one brother, so I said," Who is that?" But there was no answer. So I thought, Okay if they don't answer then I think they are trying to scare. So I walked in and there was no one in there. I did my business and left. But right before I went back to room, I saw a white figure in the hallway, but I didn't know what or who it was. I said, "Hello, who is there?" There was no reply. Then out of nowhere it started moving very slowly towards me. As it got close to me, I put my hand through it and it was solid, but someone said," Oww!" It sounded like one of my brothers. So I lifted up the covers and it was one of them. He said, "Got ya!" I punched him in the arms. Then him and I went back to our own rooms. I feel back asleep. That was my scary story, what is yours? |
